Become Certified to Teach Yoga Safely and Effectively
200RYT and 500RYT Yoga Teacher Training
Harmony Therapeutic Yoga's teacher training programs are nationally accredited through Yoga Alliance. Learn the techniques for each pose, the Anatomy and Physiology behind it, the Philosophy that ties it all together and gain confidence as a teacher with plenty of opportunity to actually practice teaching in a safe environment.
The 200 RYT program will give you a strong foundation to begin teaching yoga safely and effectively, or simply deepen your knowledge and your own practice for personal benefit. The 500 RYT program builds on your 200 RYT certification with advanced sequencing, hands on adjustments, use of props and modifications, and cueing methodology.

Shanda Packard, E-RYT 500, developed this program to help people of all levels of experience and ability not only gain the benefits of yoga for themselves, but to also effectively share their love of yoga with others.
